Spray the cups with pam non stick spray
before pouring Jell-O in. Also all shots may be topped with whip cream.
Blueberry Sizzle:
1 large pkg Blue Berry Jell-O
2 cups Blue Gator aid
2 cup Coconut Rum
Bring Gator Aid to a boil. Pour over Jell-O stir until dissolved. (I do
this in a pitcher, it is easier to pour into cups) Once Jell-O is dissolved
add in 2 cups Coconut rum. Stir thoroughly. Pour into 2 oz condiment cups and
put in the fridge until firm. Keep cold until served.
Piná Colada Shots:
1 large pkg Island Pineapple Jell-O
2 cups Pineapple Juice
2 cups Coconut Rum
Cook the pineapple juice, bring to boil. Pour over Jell-O stir until
dissolved Once Jell-O is dissolved add in 2 cups Coconut rum. Stir
thoroughly. Pour into 2 oz condiment cups and put in the fridge until firm.
Keep cold until served.
Margarita Shots:
1 large pkg Lime Jell-O
2 1/2 cups margarita mix
1 1/2 cups Tequila
Cook 2 cups Margarita mix, bring to boil. Pour over Jell-O stir until
dissolved. Once Jell-O is dissolved add in 1 1/2 cups Tequila and 1/2 cup
Margarita Mix. Stir thoroughly. Pour into 2 oz condiment cups and put in the
fridge until firm. Sprinkle salt on top, optional. Keep cold until served.
Alternate Margarita
Shots:
1 large pkg Orange Jell-O
2 cups limeade
1 1/2 cups Tequila
1/2 cup Triple Sec
Bring Lime Juice to a boil. Pour over Jell-O Stir until dissolved. Once
Jell-O is dissolved add Tequila and triple sec. Stir Thoroughly. Pour into 2
oz condiment cups and put in the fridge until firm. Sprinkle salt on top,
optional. Keep cold until served.
Tequila Sunrise Shots:
1 large Pkg Island Pineapple Jell-O
2 1/2 cups Orange Juice
1 1/2 cups Tequila
Cook 2 cups Orange juice, bring to boil. Pour over Jell-O stir until
dissolved. Once Jell-O is dissolved add in 1 1/2 cups Tequila and 1/2 cup
Orange Juice. Stir thoroughly. Pour into 2 oz condiment cups and put in the
fridge until firm. Keep cold until served.
Mimosa Shots:
1 large pkg sparkling Orange Jell-O
2 cups Orange Juice
2 cups Champagne
Cook 2 cups Orange Juice, bring to boil. Pour over Jell-O stir until
dissolved. Once Jell-O is dissolved add in 2 cups Champagne. Stir thoroughly.
Pour into 2 oz condiment cups and put in the fridge until firm. Keep cold
until served.
Cape Cod Shots:
1 large pkg Cranberry Jell-O (Can be mixed with something i.e.: Cranberry
Raspberry)
2 cups Cranberry Juice
2 cups Vodka (Cranberry vodka optional)
Cook 2 cups Cranberry Juice, bring to boil. Pour over Jell-O stir until
dissolved. Once Jell-O is dissolved add in 2 cups Vodka. Stir thoroughly.
Pour into 2 oz condiment cups and put in the fridge until firm. Keep cold
until served.
You can follow the recipes following any
type drink that you would like, just experiment until you find the
combination you love! You can get the solo condiment cups at Costco. (I have
a ton if you ever need to borrow some, although I wouldn't want them back)
